TERMS OF USE

Artistic Photography Terms of Use

Last updated: October 22, 2026

These terms apply to this website and the Artistic Photography text messaging program. Photography bookings, payments, cancellations, and image usage are governed by your separate session agreement.

Text Messaging Program

Artistic Photography offers text messages about photography inquiries, appointment scheduling, session details, reminders, customer support, and occasional promotions. You receive messages based on the consent you provide.

Consent

Participation is voluntary. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Providing your telephone number alone does not authorize marketing text messages.

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to our text messaging program and must own the telephone number provided or have authorization to use it.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, appointments, and subscription preferences. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

How to Unsubscribe

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You may receive a final message confirming your request. No further text messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

To rejoin, complete the opt-in process again.

Help and Support

Reply HELP for assistance, email angela@417artisticphotography.com, or call 417-737-1901.

Message Delivery

Delivery depends on your wireless carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, including mobile information and SMS consent. Read it at:

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our services change. The current version and revision date will be posted on this page. Changes do not expand your SMS consent; additional consent will be requested when required.
